Every item sold by LinkNewNet — new or pre-owned — is backed by a clear warranty and a 30-day return policy. We have been in the used networking equipment business since 2004, and our warranty terms are designed to give buyers of pre-owned Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, H3C, and Fortinet hardware the same confidence they would have buying new.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers hardware defects that occur under normal operating conditions, including:

• Port and interface failures
• Power supply and fan faults
• Component malfunctions detected after delivery
• Boot and firmware issues on the unit

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

• Physical damage (drops, water, impact, bent pins)
• Unauthorized modification or repair
• Damage caused by improper installation or incompatible power
• Software configuration issues caused by the buyer

Return and Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if the item does not match the listing description or fails the basic power-on test. Approved returns receive a replacement or a full refund.

For warranty claims after 30 days, our team arranges the RMA process — in most cases a replacement unit is dispatched after we confirm the fault, so you stay operational.

How to Make a Claim

2. Include photos or a short video showing the fault (if applicable).
3. Our team responds within one business day with next steps.
4. For verified hardware faults, we dispatch a replacement or process a refund.

Our Testing Commitment

Warranty claims are rare because every unit is tested before shipping. Our testing process covers power-on verification, port loopback tests, PoE budget checks, firmware validation, and cosmetic grading. You receive exactly what was tested — the same unit, with its test record.
